What counts as a seat?
One seat = one full Business-tier CalendarPA account. The agency owner is the first seat.
Do members lose their data if they leave?
No. Members keep full ownership of their account and data. If they leave, they get a 14-day Business trial to subscribe individually.
Can my network owner see my private bookings?
Not by default. Owners and admins see usage stats only. Content access (bookings, booking types, availability) requires your explicit opt-in per network.
How does the trial work?
14 days free with payment method on file. You can cancel anytime during the trial — your card is never charged. Need more time? Request one 7-day extension.
What happens if billing fails?
You and your members get a 21-day grace period to update payment. Booking pages stay live for the first week, then enter read-only grace mode, then suspend. Data is always preserved.
I have 100+ seats — what changes?
For 50+ seats we route you to a sales conversation. Custom contracts, multi-year locked pricing, and Net-30 invoice billing are available.
