By accessing or using CalendarPA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CalendarPA is a scheduling platform that helps individuals, teams, and agencies manage their calendars and bookings. The Service includes calendar synchronization, availability management, booking pages, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account using a valid Google or Microsoft account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Calendar Integration

By connecting your calendar accounts, you grant CalendarPA permission to access and sync your calendar data as necessary to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings or your calendar provider's security settings.

6. Payments and Refunds

Some features of CalendarPA may require payment. By subscribing to paid features:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CalendarPA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Calendar synchronization depends on third-party APIs which may experience delays or outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalendarPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed meetings, double-bookings, or lost revenue.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
